Privacy & advertising choices

Seat registration

Your name, phone number, email, city, occupation and optional referral are placed in a WhatsApp message for the event organizer. You must send that message in WhatsApp to confirm. WhatsApp receives those details when you use its service; its own privacy terms apply. This website does not save your registration fields in a database.

Facebook and Instagram measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and validated seat-form submissions and help optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising. A form submission is not confirmed attendance or a completed WhatsApp conversation. Meta may receive your IP address, browser/device information, page address, event time and advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not send your registration fields or customer matching identifiers to Meta.

Meta may use these signals for advertising measurement and optimization under its privacy policy. Your registration details appear only in the outgoing WhatsApp message, not in this site's page address or Pixel parameters.

Consent and withdrawal

We use an approximate country lookup to decide whether consent is required. Advertising stays off until you accept in consent-required or unknown regions. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement can run without a notice, but any rejection always takes priority. Ad clicks and impressions can still be counted by Meta even when website measurement is off.

Cookie settings lets you accept or reject at any time. Rejection stops new website advertising events, including in other open tabs. Previously blocked events are not replayed. Your advertising choice, a random visitor reference, country, timestamp and the notice version are stored in your browser with earlier choices retained as consent evidence. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. No customer matching or server-side conversion reporting is enabled.
